Small cube speakers is not enough fill up wide space. Really cannot expect much

if i upgrade av to sr7008,...sound quality improve or same?

given my choice will be keep sr6006 as processor only & connect pre out to power amp.

7008 has more spkr channel, 4k support & audyssey xt32 but not essential upgrade if aiming sound quality

Don't see the point , as the sound won't change much but maybe a little bit more power that is all.

If its 2 channel performance u are aftr, ld look at gettin a separate 2 channel integrated amp than upgrdng d avr.. Besides u r gonna lose a lot sellin avrs...

Yes I am sure is a good upgrade. I think the price is about 4.5k

Unfortunately the center is already directly pointed to me and the L/R is placed higher but angled downwards..

Yeah, I also think so..sometimes can hear the speakers sound strained as well..looks like time to change them

The Aego is also a cube compact speaker right? I am looking for a bigger driver speaker for my next upgrade. Thanks for the offer though.

my recommendation is minimum 5.25" driver to produce wide coverage of front stage & mid frequency
going from aego t (single 4") to kef q200c (2x5") make me realise that i have wasted the av receiver capability

you are right..currently my BA is only 1 1/2 drivers which sounds tiny..I hear that the much recommended Boston Acoustics A25 L/R/C is pretty good, anyone tried them before? They are bigger at 5 1/4" drivers
