Creases yes.. i guess thats normal. No crack or peels yet touchwood.
I think it depends on how one treats the seat. As the front seats are bolstered, take care when getting in and out of car.

I use meguiars quick wax on the seats periodically.. thats seems to help maintain it.

The cracks are on the backseat between the headrest and the rear board. Not sure if this is because it expose to the sun the most. Btw the leather is leatherette not the genuine one right?

Guys, my friend interested to get a 2nd hand... 1.8 G 2017 FL and 2.0v 2016 pre FL... Which is better deal? I see first page said fuel consumption pickup everything looks almost same... So 1.8G is better deal? Both almost same price and 1.8 under warranty and newer.. Market price around 80k+ rite.

Anyone facing the same situation as below?

1) When the car is stop and you accelerate, the throttle is delay half a second then suddenly jerk forward (sudden acceleration).[YES] I THINK IT IS THE CVT GEARBOX DESIGN THIS WAY.... CANT COMPARE TO CONVENTIONAL GEARBOX

2) When you drive and steer to the left, the car will go to left. After release steering, it won't return to center (straight line). [GO CHECK YOUR BALANCING ALIGNMENT]

Anyone know when will the latest Altis come out? I think the new corolla looks quite decent so if it is.oming out next ur maybe I will hold my purchase to get more option. The current Altis is just way too dated.

My 2.0v clocked 100,000Km finally today, 2014 model. But on the journey to 100,000km the aircond compressor spoil once, cost me rm1.5k to repair.

Hi guys, do u have a weird plastic smell in your altis interior cabin, i am not sure whether it comes from the aircon or the dashboard and the car components itself.

Have sit on 2012, 2014 altis, both also has the weird smell, it smells like a burning plastic, i am wondering is it all altis will have this kind of weird smell ?

If it is a norm, any owner here manage to kill the smell ?

Guys, can the PIAA wiper refills fit the original wipers that come with the car? Costwise the PIAA refills only costs a bit more compared to original toyota refills. Thinking of getting as will definitely last longer. I'm averaging 1.5yrs for a set of toyota wipers.
