Anyone facing the same situation as below?

1) When the car is stop and you accelerate, the throttle is delay half a second then suddenly jerk forward (sudden acceleration).

2) When you drive and steer to the left, the car will go to left. After release steering, it won't return to center (straight line).

Managed to identify the cause?
