It is no way near to the standard of Plaza Arcadia in desa parkcity. Eco World still needs to learn from PPSB.

The walking path to eco sky from train station, is that practical? It's long...covered and goes up one or two levels to reach. It will be a bit far and unsafe, especially now the taxis and buses are already stopping there

agree that ecosky is not same category as plaza arcadia.

rightfully it should not.

different target segment.
if build an arcadia in jalan kuching, it may not resonate well lah.

reminds me of capers in sentul. beautiful product in mediocre location.
go figure.

i think the closest similar concept for this project can compare to is the era duta north... lakeville i dont think they have such commercial lots and focus on landscaping...

I was told 90% of commercial taken by tenants. It's comfirmed that there will be an optical shop, a doughnut and a bank. Anyone knows more about the anchor tenants?

5.5mil shop. 23k rental per month for a decent 5% yield (considered super bad for commies). 5.5mil price tag at this location with "good" room for appreciation.

Maybe doable because it's "ecoworld" brand name. 😂😂😂

the sales staff also didn't mention about anchor tenant... as they mention not really needed... since tesco is beside... will be fully consist of all the small retail shop lots all the way...

Few businesses could sustain 23k rental per month.

If ecoworld brand can guarantee income is another story.

EW must ensure this Eco Sky success to convince customer or new customers on their products because everyone have high expectations on EW properties.
