Resi need 2.5k cover the 900 sq ft.
Commies need 22k to cover the 4 storey.

I'm curious to see what tenants are they targeting. Maybe u can use this as a yardstick for yr ES shops. How ew executes etc..

Ya the sa did say this at Es. but I didn't know it's applicable to all ew projects. Thought only for Es.

Quite curious on the execution on Eco sky commies tho. Won't be too long to see its result. Especially for ew maiden kl project.

Gg ew really used a lot of money in preserving their brand and image. Hope they aren't pumping these expenses from sucking their customers money

5.5mil shop. 23k rental per month for a decent 5% yield (considered super bad for commies). 5.5mil price tag at this location with "good" room for appreciation.

Maybe doable because it's "ecoworld" brand name. 😂😂😂

Bro.. it starts from 5.5mil each and they were fully sold. They are not managing the shops but they will seek for tenants based on "best effort" basis. They can't control if some of the owners want to turn it into Scott Garden like kinda tenants. What this side of Kepong/Wah Yu area lacks of is nightlife enntertainment.

Well I believe many EW fansi believes EW are able to secure Grade A tenants like Souled Out instead of Kelab Malam Thai 888 in here. Maybe EW shit also smells nicer that's why. 😂😂😂

BBCC mall is owned by Mitsui Fudosan not EW. Financing also done separately for the mall. Same goes to the Management for BBCC mall is totally diff.
