how is the traffic from kepong towards KL is going to enter ecosky?

I don't see a flyover or ingress into it.

Appeared in Sin Chew Daily couple of days ago.

if use the Batu Caves roundabout to go to KL, it is very bad in the peak hour even on Saturday late morning.

traffic from KL towards the Jln Ipoh roundabout is also awful everyday - after work ...
horrible ..
clears somewhat after Jln Ipoh towards Taman Wahyu

Need not worry... EcoWorld if manage to secure big tenant name they will splash the news big big in all media. In LYN ppl will also report about it.

"Ong" area always packed with human and car

Human and car just "passing by" and go to somewhere else.

Passing by Ecosky, looks impressive from outside. It is good to have high traffic. If no car, we said it is a ghost building.

The leasing team can get Donutes to open a branch in Ecosky. Not bad.

ok this ECO kau2 developer....so much hype, so much sweat and so much tears and hope put into them....is time for them to" SHOWTIME " with deliveries and creating exponential value for their hardcore diehard fansi

so the first in line is Johor, right? how is the response? value up 30,40 or even 50%? superb quality? many2 extras and surprise given? MAJESTIC all round?

next in line Ekosky? superb ONG retails and flowing tenants? heavyweight tenants coming in? first class retail consultant provided by this Eco kau2?

Unfortunately eco botanic buyers are very private not active in lyn.

I am not too familiar with Tmn Wahyu. Except Tesco, I can't spot any outstanding landmark. If EW can turn Ecosky into a landmark with a lot good F&B chain, it is another milestone by EW.

Didn't think ecobotanic made much money for the buyers lor.
And judging by how setiawalk turn out, would not have high hopes for Ecosky commies as well

if there is the case....Eco fansi must question the dev kau2
dont let the dev only know how to talk big when selling....they owe it to those that trusted in them and make it happen...not just Eco same goes to all dev

if Eco cant meet expectation ask them just do rumah mampu milik....but anyway gvlah another 12 months and see the end result

EW creates dream home....when they sell. Now delivery time, they need to deliver the dream....emm..they may only deliver a nice home....not dream home. This is always the risk to BLOW too big in thr first place.

in a way Yes if we r talking abt the retails with that kind price buyers paid for that area

I rmb they marketed this as the new publika.

Hope this will turn out well so I can hang out there sometime. Make this area more happening.
