Few businesses could sustain 23k rental per month.

If ecoworld brand can guarantee income is another story.

With " " I don't think their name itself can guarantee such return and appreciation lor.. feel the sacarsm a bit

EW must ensure this Eco Sky success to convince customer or new customers on their products because everyone have high expectations on EW properties.

As if ecoworld will guarantee or take responsibility of success of tenants business.

Believe ew doesn't have control over tenants mix.

5.5mil shop. 23k rental per month for a decent 5% yield (considered super bad for commies). 5.5mil price tag at this location with "good" room for appreciation.

Maybe doable because it's "ecoworld" brand name. 😂😂😂

Bro.. it starts from 5.5mil each and they were fully sold. They are not managing the shops but they will seek for tenants based on "best effort" basis. They can't control if some of the owners want to turn it into Scott Garden like kinda tenants. What this side of Kepong/Wah Yu area lacks of is nightlife enntertainment.

Well I believe many EW fansi believes EW are able to secure Grade A tenants like Souled Out instead of Kelab Malam Thai 888 in here. Maybe EW shit also smells nicer that's why. 😂😂😂

BBCC mall is owned by Mitsui Fudosan not EW. Financing also done separately for the mall. Same goes to the Management for BBCC mall is totally diff.

EW said they have a leasing team to assist commie. Until now, no news from them? Is the leasing team exist in the first place? If they exist, they should already meet the owners already.

Guess you are a commie owner.

If ew is holding some units, leasing priority will be these units so they could sell with lease/guaranteed rental income. Ew has no obligation to sold units, at most act like any other renting agent.

I do understand that EW has no obligation. The first batch of tenant will determine the direction of the overall commie in Ecosky. If first batch tenant is cap ayam, the entire area will attract cap ayam tenants.

Not many businesses could sustain rm20k+ rental per month. Unless landlords are willing to accept lower rental at the early stage to be selective/choosy else could only leave to the market demand.
