I agree with you feimauKor... Floating gym is surely nice but at this juncture such tweak is very complicated and may t be possible.

Actually esocky gym is facing the green roof of the commi and perhaps jogging track. Quite mediocre view.

It is quite complete but still have room for improvement. Just don't want them to be easily feel achieved and get sombong.

Clarita still yet to be fully sold.

trust me, the green roof would not be an ideal view no matter what.
after some time, you would see patches to crack lines on top of the surface. biggrin.gif

best is always just locate the gym internally or face the pool as safest views.
unless you have grand outdoor views to lakes/golf course/skyscraper/etc.

Looks like ecosky got much better prospect and hope than the lakeville.

Wonder the owner needs to pay to enjoy them? Must be expensive.

Protesting the incinerator project is an ongoing battle. Wanna join?

As of now, it may NOT HAPPEN.....

They failed to build it in Kg Bohol Puchong....

Then they failed to build it in Broga......

and now they will fail to build in Taman Beringin that has high density....

According to property sales agent, Lakeville seems to be a economical / reasonable development in KL given its psf price ranging btw RM550 - RM620 as opposed to ES along the same road (5 mins driving distance) which is priced at RM760 -RM800 psf.
