Anyone have any news on the nett selling price issue? So, those loan which are approved before 15Nov, no issues?
Have EcoSky obtain the APDL? This post has been edited by Calculator2013: Nov 28 2013, 12:16 PM |

QUOTE(schowin @ Nov 28 2013, 02:28 PM) No impact to those got loan approved before 15 Nov. For those haven't apply for loan yet, they just ask to act now. Whether it will impact or not, still early to conclude. Erm....I am abit worried about this nett selling price.Scary that later EcoWorld tell us that the loan need to re-apply because BNM not allow using gross price. Good luck to us all!!! |

QUOTE(kochin @ Nov 28 2013, 01:39 PM) lyn doesn't allow excel files to be attached. Kochin kor, one question.so i attach a pdf version of what i did. you guys should be able to figure it out and develop it your own. cheers! If not mistaken, all loans approved before the cancallation of DIBS which are tied to EcoWorld (EcoSky), the prevailing interest rate is 4.50%, for construction period 23-Oct-2013 till 22-Jan-2017. Means the BLR 6.60-2.40 (which is 4.20%) is not applicable anymore during construction period? The difference can come up to RM2k !! Anyone can help clarify this issue? |

QUOTE(kochin @ Nov 28 2013, 03:53 PM) u ask me openly, how do i answer wor. OK, noted.but you know me lah. very blunt one. some banks offer fixed rate of x.xx% during y number of years or during construction period. some do not. the blr-z.zz% also varies. remember i quoted some might get 2.4%, some might get better, some might get worse? so it again varies. and of course, there are also fixed rate players such as AIA. so bottom line, each package actually varies and depends on purchasers' needs. personally, i do not find the 4.5% fixed rate for certain period attractive at all. Thanks!! |

QUOTE(ManutdGiggs @ Dec 4 2013, 04:22 PM) Gd to hav a bicycle shop to cater for nearby residence. No need to drive since rumoured tat petrol hike again after cny. Bravo to 47% of idiots. DOMESTIC consumers using more than 200 kWh of electricity per month (RM43.60 per month) will be subjected to 6% GST.I hope they will reconsider this. Just a few months after election, no subsidy for sugar, fuel price hike, now electricity bill raised. Why dun the G do it before the GE?? Totally absurd!!! QUOTE(BigMan123 @ Dec 15 2013, 11:49 AM) Let me think.....they expect that when they start calling purchasers this week, they also expect them to have nothing to do over the weekend which is so close to festive but to sign the S&P? Yah, totally agree. Should give buffer to purchasers to arrange own time for signing SPA. We are not always on standby mode. Anyway, let's wait official information from EcoWorld and then see how. |
