yeah, agree. Seems like the shoplots on the other side of tesco are the only commercial area around. But of coz ecosky is higher class a bit. Setiawalk in puchong managed to get some good vendors such as starbucks, sushi tei, kenny roasters, wongkok, tappers, san nae dul, mr. dakgalbi etc. Hope we can get the same or better in ecosky

THose F&B you mentioned are not an issue. I hope McD comes in.....and also someone has the foresight to whack the POD to be their restaurant be it niche chinese restaurant or western type....

As for banks....Maybank, Alliance, CIMB, etc. should make their way to Ecosky.... InsyaAllah.

Clarita sales is so slow. 50% sold out of the open units? if so, adding to the yet to open high floor units, the sold units are less than 50%. So what is ECW going to do promote more sales? Throw in 60" LCD TV, wardrobe and etc?

Yeah, I also had my doubts when I see the sales a bit slow for clarita. But generally the property market in msia is slow this year?

For similar priced property, I think skyz residence in puchong is also a bit slow. Pantai sentral park which did balloting sold out though. I wonder what's the sales like for lakeview which is nearer to ecosky. I went to the gallery and it looks like pasar malam selling on the cheap

i doubt so. piling for commies almost complete or completed.
but piling for residential tower just started 2 or 3 months ago.
so i guess billing could only be next year.
