with lakeville launching a good RM200psf or so below tower C's current pricing, that's a whopping 27%.
so how's sales so far.

My expectation is quite high. If EcoWorld is reading this, try to do something to the facade of the gym to wow purchasers and others...

teng yeh, this one so so nia.

the problem with gym is it's so conventional.
for see through effect, the view must be spectacular

but surroundings of ecosky also so so nia.
thus spectacular views must be created from within.

i kinda like floating gym concept.
