Ok rephrase the question. Is it possible to get that configuration. I checked Alienware Malaysia site and they dont seem to have that option.

Ok I get your question now. They used to have it but lately they don't also I would advice you to get it from third party as it's way cheaper then, unless you are claiming your AW bill from the company then that's another thing.
You can call dell Malaysia for more info or maybe try contacting Oscar for AW deals?

My Aw17 almost on the way now. Just missing a good headset. Anyone know any good headset out there? Im leaning mostly to immersion of gaming or music so sound quality should be nice. I got myself a Siberia V2 and 7h Usb. Perhaps something I can make full use of the AW17 soundcard. Open to suggestion biggrin.gif

Maybe about 1k? just something that is more than enough to make use of the AW17 soundcard.

Edit: Just took a look at Jaben's store and holy !@#$ so many models too choose from lol. I could get lost in choosing the perfect one rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

I am planning to move away from OSX to Windows machine.

I have my eyes on the 14. If I were to purchase the base model of the 14, can I upgrade the internals down the road when I plan to?

if you really wanna do that i suggest you do some studies on the capacity of aurora cases first in terms of future upgrades. imo pc chassis in the market these days are much better.

yes you can do that. i think you should talk to putochip123 about this. he has done a good job on [PF] T.J.'s m14x. (read here: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...ost&p=67705432)

a good question. from the previous trends, it will take a few months before reaching here. dell singapore has already begun to sell it. (about MYR 12k)

take note before buying cards with GTX800M cards. as stated by putochip123, he stated that current GT800M cards are still based on Kepler architecture, which could be a tuned up variant of previous generation cards. performance increase is around 20% more than previous generation card. if you are dying for latest architecture, please wait and if urgent to get a laptop, just get now.
