I'm really interested on purchasing an Alienware 14 as my primary gaming laptop, any advice?

I am planning to move away from OSX to Windows machine.
I have my eyes on the 14. If I were to purchase the base model of the 14, can I upgrade the internals down the road when I plan to? |

Alienware is clearly in their own world despite what other competitors do. You have to respect them for taking the risk.
