There are instructions from web, youtube videos, brickset website.

Parts can get from Bricklink or part-off from other full-sets. Cost per part from Bricklink will be more expensive, as need to include shipping. Most of the time, need to get from several sellers.
Either buy all cheapest, but from 10-20x sellers + 10-20x shipping.
Or buy average price, but from 3-6x sellers + 3-6x shipping.
Both adds up to be the same.

Wait till you check the cost for electrical parts like motor, servo, cables, lights, battery boxes, etc.

After all the above, it is not that hard to follow the instructions that you want (cause you need to buy the parts based on the one you choose).

Yellow ... no wonder, I got 1 in hand only ... maybe I check and substitute with other colours.

Metal hook I can reuse from older Technic sets.

Thanks, but i'm only interested with the small accessories such as forklift and tanker but not interested with the cargo airplane and control tower...so i planning to get the set and sell it separately but i didn't know about the selling price i know this look wierd

You Technic veteran sure will have those parts. I was lucky to get the hook before price shot up. Only pat I cannot find is the yellow connector, ordered other colours as a substitute but I don't think it will look pretty when completed.

Indeed it is kinda unusual but totally understandable, everyone has different plans for their cities/projects... I just opened my set and built the tanker and tower, I bought this set mainly for the plane. Let me check with my daughter, if she don't want the forklift and/or tanker I can sell them to you.

On the other hand, since it is going cheap you might as well just buy the set! Lol! I self imported my set and if memory serves me right I paid RM300+ for it inclusive of shipping and tax. So I think it is a pretty good deal but best to check resellers' prices, they may do even better...

Ps. Do pm me if you plan to let go the plane and control tower. I don't mind having two planes and a taller tower.
