Lucky u then, now epu statistics suggest 400,000 unemployed in this country, most r graduates, to gain experience without a job will be superb. It may result from practical training or freelance which is done on our own. To our surprised gen y nowadays dont mind as long as they can gain experince right

I might said something otherwise not sure if you agree. I did perform interview and hiring.

current gen Y cannot be all catagorize only in one catagory.

I did met some interviewee, look for extremely high salary and yet mention to me work life balance is very important(they are fresh without any working experience)

I also did met some interviewee, they are humble, willing to learn and work extra, but promise the paid is reasonable.

I think the character is build when the parent raise them up, i came from a poor family, i need to work part time all the way during study and uni time, thus I learn a lot before I get my 1st Job.

I work from the very low level and promote once per year for the 1st 3 years only can reach here. hope my correct attitute will carry me further.

yes, I'm lucky to get in a company that provide me a platform to learn and grow, I appreciate it very much smile.gif

are you a freshie or someone with experience? If you're a freshie, you'll likely only get around 3+k per month.

Thanks for the info. How about those with experience?
I am not a fresh graduate. I have more than 3.5 years of work experience as a research analyst.

With 3 years analyst experience.... I'm assuming sell side. I guess you can expect 5k-8k. Range is wide because it depends on the bank...
