The power of JUMP!!

Experience 5 years

February 2014 = RM3632
JUMP to MNC 3rd March 2014 = RM5200
Got offer to other company 22 Jun 2014 = RM 6000 (not include house allowance)

in 3 month my salary is DOUBLE..hehe
*
that's is becuase RM3632 for someone with 5 years experience is really underpaid. Your current company is paying you average rate for 5 year experience.

3632 - 6000 is not double, 65+ % instead

I survey around that area, normally contract position for freshie will be around 2.2k-2.4k only. For your information, MNC is located at Bayan Lepas Industrial area, Penang. Is it the price for Penang and KL still got GAP?

it depends. Some engineering tends to get higher in Penang compare to KL, while KL has edge in commerce and IT.

Ya agree. Many engineer fresh now getting 3k starting salary while first class can get till 3.2k starting. It depend much on what field we are in. As my one is not professional degree cert, i think hard can get 3k a month for me.

8 months too little bro ...hit 3 years bonus before straight down-payment for house

But to get that i remember monthly trading turnover must exceed min RM6.5mil per-month sometimes reaching RM10-12mil. Then sure can get above 3 years bonus
