I have something to ask here. Im employed under a SME last year in Oct before i actually graduated and im expecting to be graduating in June. My department is going through a tough time at the moment and the GM decided to cut down the ppl in the department and my work is getting less and less. I don't think i'm learning anything more in the department now. So, I'm actually considering to leave the company after my result is out. Im taking 2.5k at the moment. If i switch to another job, how much salary should i expect? With a 1/2 working experience . Can anyone share their valuable opinion with me?

Hey guys, please help me here. I'm a Malaysian working for a small mobile applications company in Europe. I used to work for them from home in Malaysia, but I had the opportunity to work with them for 3 months in Europe as part of my university internship requirements. My 3 months term is almost up now, my employer wants me to discuss with her how much salary I would like when I'm back in Malaysia (working from home). So I would like any experts opinions on this.

Job Title : unclear (because I do a lot of different tasks)
Job Description (these are just some tasks that I normally do, but not limited to):
- check helpdesk tickets 2 times per day (once in the morning, once at night)
- check Play Store review once per day
- testing builds on multiple devices when new build is available
- design mockups / prototypes for new application
- create different sizes when new images are available
- suggest 30 new image ideas every 2 weeks
- check Play Store for copyright infringement once per month

The above are based on work done in Europe. To summarize, the question is how much should I be paid per month when I'm back in Malaysia, working in the comfort of my own home? I would go through salary reports / websites if I have a specific job title, but I don't. Please help!
