Sunway is the top 5 college and they say u will get higher pay if grad from sunway... They are counselors from sunway...==

One of my ex's lecturer told them that they will be expecting 5 figure income after going into audit firm. That was 10 years ago in a CAT class.

IMO, they said that just to make themselves and fresh grads happy. If they are referring to RM100-200 higher pay perhaps yes, but of course how much is the tuition fees difference between Sunway and the rest? And from POV of employer, if same job can be done by other fresh grads, why should I hire u with higher salary as in the eod, they produce same outcomes. Unless, there are additional value-added produced by Sunway grads ..

Not deniable, Sunway Uni is a great Uni, but a University may help you secure a job, but never can decide how far can you go. Further on, ACCA is a external professional qualification, Sunway Uni just a tuition provider.

If you haven't grad from ACCA, please study hard, a 1st class honour degree holder may fail ACCA papers also.

hi all. how much a fresh graduate should apply as in average market salary for an accounts executive position and work for 3 branches at 3 different places of a company with 1-2 years experience in related field? any suggestion? im totally have no clue.

Next question HR will be asking, how much is your last drawn salary?

Also what is your highest qualification? Diploma or Degree?

Maybe HR will tell you their company policy max will be 30% max of increase from the last drawn salary.
