Next question HR will be asking, how much is your last drawn salary?

Also what is your highest qualification? Diploma or Degree?

Maybe HR will tell you their company policy max will be 30% max of increase from the last drawn salary.

ooh... thank you. last company i worked was only rm100 the max in no matter what salary you have and rm50 the lowest increment blink.gif is that really very low? or it is normal amount they increase in small company with 8 staffs? blush.gif
wow 30% means if let's say 2500 for basic salary, means increase by 750 ohmy.gif wow then the salary become 3250. in what kind of company they increase that high? eg. international companies, IT companies, legal firm etc.

if an acca student never work in an accounting firm or audit firm and straight away work in finance work like accounts exec or etc, is it a good thing if for future? but if she planned to work in finance job in future (as long as not accounting firm)? the knowledge in accounting firm will be useful to her in future?
