Not saying 1st class honour degree can't pass, but for sure struggling to get thru. Those who get thru ACCA, I bet no one will said ACCA is piece of cake.

It really depends on you. Small company will normally has one leg kick kinda job scope, hence you get to learn more. MNCs are more structured be it job scope or compensation & benefits. To me I'd go for MNC.

2014-Now - System Engineer Senior Analsyt RM5200 (MNC)

What i do is, you just apply many job and put crazy salary you want. If there is any company willing to pay it, try another salary with higher than crazy salary..
In my case, ,my salary is RM3637, but event i put RM5200 they willing to hire me..(before that many company offer RM4800, Rm4900 and Max is RM5200).
This march i go to new company that pay RM5200..hehehe

In 4 year, my salary is double..hehe.. you also can do it.. just jump..better for you in IT field

If i stay at same company with increment 3%, until die you dont get RM10K salary..

I don't recall seeing a web developer with merely 2 yr experience can get paid as high as RM4k last year

as a comparison, my friend being an MIS analyst in an MNC bank, with 4 year experience also got RM4k+ only

ooh... thank you. last company i worked was only rm100 the max in no matter what salary you have and rm50 the lowest increment is that really very low? or it is normal amount they increase in small company with 8 staffs?
wow 30% means if let's say 2500 for basic salary, means increase by 750 wow then the salary become 3250. in what kind of company they increase that high? eg. international companies, IT companies, legal firm etc.
