QUOTE(Martinis @ Nov 26 2013, 08:42 AM) At RM19k and assuming 6 months bonus, your gross pay RM342k? Very high oh. What is the immediate superior on top of Head of Department? Is it Head Of Finance? Do you know roughly how much a Head of Finance earns? Very curious about banking pay structure because all the while I know investment bank earns very high but I presume you are at commercial bank. Seems also very high. Good job. What do you mean by responsibilities too demanding? And how is the work hours for people your rank? Please read his post, he is Head of Finance now -.-" And u can't put an assumption of 6 months bonus even in banks, especially foreign banks as they are regulated by BNM, in which more strict compared to local banks. Plus, global economics as well. I believe he is reporting to CFO, or CCO.

QUOTE(4896la @ Jan 11 2014, 12:13 PM) Sunway is the top 5 college and they say u will get higher pay if grad from sunway... They are counselors from sunway...== IMO, they said that just to make themselves and fresh grads happy. If they are referring to RM100-200 higher pay perhaps yes, but of course how much is the tuition fees difference between Sunway and the rest? And from POV of employer, if same job can be done by other fresh grads, why should I hire u with higher salary as in the eod, they produce same outcomes. Unless, there are additional value-added produced by Sunway grads ..

QUOTE(xpole @ May 27 2014, 05:41 PM) If I don't have HR Degree, I can still work at HR Department? Of course why not. If you can prove that you are exceptional outstanding and better compared to those majored in HR This post has been edited by WallChecker: May 28 2014, 12:56 AM
