How old are you? it look like this is your 1st job after grad, working for 1 year and 6 months earn you about 2.5k, well, based on your job title and description, you are not doing something that is very difficult on completing your task, hence that why you been paid that figure. thumbup.gif

I failed to comprehend this, good looks mostly only works in sales line. Unless it is an IT job which related to facing customer f2f.

not in my opinion, it's fair not considering other factors.

Employers won't over pay you, they pay you according to what you are worth

I think if the company is MNC. With the qualification papers without a degree or higher, surely can't get high salary.

To be honest, it's very hard to get software quality related jobs in Malaysia. In addition, the salary is always the concern and some of my friends jump to other area due to they hit their salary limit.

my colleague was from quality engineering also. What is told me is good life style but increment is not that attractive. Then he move to software development (same comp with me now) where horrible life started but rewarding laugh.gif
