Maneki.... They are in the midst of constructing the sales gallery and also a satellite office (off site) fronting Jalan Semenyih. I am sure they will create some awareness events or make enough noise so that potential buyers are well informed of the place where they can view the master plan, scaled models, layout and how to book?

According to SA, May / June shall be have the Bungalow lot. After that, will be the DSL/Cluster SD/SemiD. In the official press release by EcoWorld, it mentions Q3/2014... hmm.gif hmm.gif

Teng kor, I received the similar information as well. If not mistaken, they said sales office shall be near to the Lekas Semenyih exit. hmm.gif hmm.gif

Don't understand why EW have such arrangement. SEH have own welcome center and show houses, model of houses all available, if want to see show houses, just within walking distance.. If EM sales gallery is off-site, really troublesome, sales center one place, show houses in site doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

They want to create awareness because some may not know how to get to site. This off site office is temporary I suspect. As we aware, EM is actually about 1km off Jalan Semenyih, not as SEH (just beside Jalan Semenyih with easy visibility). Building a sales office near Semenyih town somehow can create the awareness and let prospective buyer to have additional info on where's the site and how to get there from Jalan Semenyih.

By the way, if not mistaken, the direct link road from EM will join Jalan Semenyih near to the entrance of Pelangi Semenyih 2.... hmm.gif hmm.gif

This is the characteristics I like about SPS / EW, the first thing they will focus is on establishing infra and connectivity, and this is the basic element towards the successful establishment of a new township... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

EW has 1089 freehold land there. They gotta invest enough in infrastructure and then slowly bring the amenities to the township. One of which is to buy related land to connect to SEH via red pavement bridge.

Their plan has just started and there are more to come... Just curious, have you seen EcoSky?
