Deschan gor, since you say from si monyet to KL need 2 hours during peak period, may i know from your experience, how long is needed to drive from Puchong / Kota kemuning / Setia Alam to KL during peak hour?

By the way, I have true experience travel from KLCC to Berjaya times square takes me 45 minutes during peak hour. But the property in Berjaya Times Square still cost million and many people still buy woh... doh.gif doh.gif

During peak hour every where also jam, maybe just few km also will take you close to 1 hour... shakehead.gif shakehead.gif

Lol, talking about ROI, that's mean if you take Eco Majestic, simply for flipping ya... tongue.gif tongue.gif

Great.... Fresh air yes, since Semenyih surrounded by hill (example Broga Hill)...

Lay back place, yes for the time being.. But after the establishment of EcoMajestic and Setia Ecohill and other project such as Country Garden, I am not sure will still be lay back or not.... hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif

Fr my house Kin Residence to Setia Walk (9 KM) seems very near, prolly 10 mins, but when I watch movie at TGV in Setia Walk, I clock the time, door step to TGV ticket counter, it took me 31 mins (no jam at all) to 49 mins, a real experience.

Round and find parking - 10 minutes
parking go to lift - 2 minutes
Waiting lift - 3 minutes
walk from lift to cinema - 3 minutes
