All Petronas staff now will be working in Office 100% starting 1 July. No more hybrid.

Just got message from my supervisor, he told me the HR department supposedly got the offer letter already and he told me he will update to me about it, but not sure la when I will get the letter

Its common knowlwdge technician level is dominated by locals while exec levels are dominated by non locals, at least for sarawak side.

Wow that’s a surprise, I imagine the same approach will trickle down to other local companies in O&G as well. Maybe not for the MNCs.

I received confirmation that I passed CBI assessment and HR has asked me to provide them referral emails. Few days back they asked me to confirm on my bonus in my current employment. Does this indicate that I am a step closer to getting my offer or this is merely formal hiring procedure? I did ask on my application status but they have not replied me on my query.

What is the employer EPF contribution rate for Petronas? anyone have info?
