Hi. I went for chit chat session about 3 weeks ago, then I received call from Petronas informing that there will be final interview. But I've been informed the position offered is under direct contract hire.
Does anyone know abt direct hire benefits, is it same as permanent staff? And if their contract positions mostly converted to permanent at the end of 2 years contract period? |

I received job offer from Petronas recently after completed my Chit chat and CBI. They offered me 10% increment from my current salary and contract position for 2 years.
Still contemplating whether to accept it or not since I'll lose my permanent status over 10% increment. Does anyone know if contract staff still entitled for bonusses and the trend in Pet whether they usually renew their contract staff, convert to permanent or terminate at the end of term? |
