the neck also plays a part.
another thing that plays a big part is how the body is made, thickness, weight, design etc.
pencil neck ibanez of cos will sound different than gibsons etc.

those stupid dirt on the top of 'ibanez' and some on other side....

hard to tell, but is it the chrome coating coming off?
else just take a polish cloth and try.

no...i think the chrome coating is still there......i try to get rid of it by polish it with wd40.....it works....but just useful for a little part(minor 'injuries' part).......for the seriously corrode part......no points on getting rid of that....

actually this stupid dirt is on my guitar since i brought it back.....the corroded part is becoming bigger and bigger....
