Apparently thr is a long list of registered prospective buyers for block N.

Hotel facing main road makes more sense rather than to hide it behind....

The 14 storey building which is nearest 2 d mrt station will b the office block commanding 150,000 sq ft of lettable office space. Its certified green index building. If their 4 star hotel plans r approved, thr will b no more block N. Hence the remainder 5% block E is all the residential units left 4 sale.

Btw, some bumi lots will b given to the buyers of level 1 & 2 of block J & H as they hv 2 give their units away to make way 4 d mall. The rest of the bumi lots will b coverted 2 non bumi lots in a year's time and resold to the public at 20% premium.

The developer has yet to increase block E price but may do so soon in view of d scrapping of block N, which reduces the number of residential units in d ekocheras project by almost 20%.
