This project probably has the highest number of selling entitlement in klangvalley. These activities dont really look nice.

Garden ll b good. Mkt n cafe...3rd floor owners ll be cursing. From the agreement signed, the 2D facade of mall shows garden. I guess many ll hope developer wont change his mind again

Basement carpark easily take you 18mths. Bear in mind Ekc is duplex...which 30+ storeys is equivalent to 60+ storeys. Massive dev and now somemore put in mall inside the development. 1xxx units to deliver ard the same n ekovest first venture into property. Emmmmm...

Well, it may complement each other in future. To have this, eko mall must offer something different from leisure mall which results a similar impact like pavillion & malls in bukit bintang i.e. draw more crowds due to variety of stores especially leisure malls n ekomall ll be linked by a covered bridge.

MRT progress looks gd and very transparent. Ekc cp surely cannot to velo cp of 6500+ lot. The most 1500 lot i guess. Pricing wise velo vs ekc...earth n heaven.

Well think about it. It is a massive project and 4 yrs seems like impossible to complete as it all towers in 1 phase. Plus the mall.....em 5 yrs more likely lol. But it may be good too for buyers..to sell or rent in 2018/19...wawasan 2020 developed nation..duit banyak and boom cycle is back again. smile.gif
