Heard theres strategy to buy many units and still get loan approve.
Apply loan buy the units with different bank at the same time.. Loan most likely approved coz tat time no committed yet for other housing loan...  All the bank will approve the loan for each separate loan applied. But big risk if unable to sell later and cant service loan installment.. If your unit is in blk j, My understanding is around November 2013 all the units in blk j increased 5%, then 1st Jan 2014 no more 7% discount, so totally up 12%. Not bad lah only after 6 months.

So with 12% up, 12th floor should be rm570k now. After GST is implemented another 6%will be added , then it will be Rm600k.
