When ask the legal assistant how come the carpark layout plan not attached and marked in the stamped S&P? The answer was need to check with the lawyer in charge
Is your S&P the same? |

I signed block E in early jan but S&P dated 28 February 2014.....??

It was dated 28 February n stamp on 24 Mac, within the 1 month grace
Looks like my 4 years before LAD only applicable after Feb 2018 |

D lawyer called me today 2 pick my stamped s&p. Will pick up this sat. I signed my s&p last dec 26.

Hope to have other "durian runtuh" units like loan rejected units from other potential projects. Sometime hope to chap-sei-gai (windfall for cherry picking) on low psf unit like the earlier E-3A studio.  |
