But if you're concerned about their workmanship,maybe you can drop by and have a look at their completed shoplots at kajang perdana? I know it's not apple to apple,but at least that gave some indication I guess?

1) FH vs LH,
2) master title vs individual title vs strata,
3) MoT vs DoA,
4) maximum LTV for each type of usage.

Is this property under commercial title and its pure residential, not soho? What is the current price and anymore unit available? How is the sales?

Per the DMC, the Soho is under residential title.
Other taikor can advise the available unit or price.
