Noted... Hope to have other "durian runtuh" units like loan rejected units from other potential projects. Sometime hope to chap-sei-gai (windfall for cherry picking) on low psf unit like the earlier E-3A studio.

Value up? as if you can selling it as easier as director. They probably have exclusive personal agent to sell all their property to manage well their funds for investment. Rich wil get richer. We would hav pay more efforts to sell our units.

Good location, easy accessibility, intergrated mix development, connectivity to mrt, established township and i wouldn't say cheap, but reasonable entry price and affordability.
