mostly directors/boss reserved it for investment purpose.

Would there be some advantages if a director is owning a unit the same floor?

Dont see any advantages, money stil theirs. Value up? as if you can selling it as easier as director.
They probably have exclusive personal agent to sell all their property to manage well their funds for investment.
Rich wil get richer. We would hav pay more efforts to sell our units.

Not about BBB or DDD, we buy what is value for money. Good location, easy accessibility, intergrated mix development, connectivity to mrt, established township and i wouldn't say cheap, but reasonable entry price and affordability.

Heard theres strategy to buy many units and still get loan approve.
Apply loan buy the units with different bank at the same time..

Loan most likely approved coz tat time no committed yet for other housing loan... hmm.gif
All the bank will approve the loan for each separate loan applied.
But big risk if unable to sell later and cant service loan installment.. laugh.gif

Actually I oso thought of trying to buy 2 unit of other condo last year using above strategy but worried so end up buy 1 only.. tongue.gif

half a year back bought a 762 sqft at 492K with 7% discount, end up net 457K, now 549K, profit less almost 100K d...still worth to grab?

Flippers/investors bought and sell even bfr VP..
Property price keep goin up bcoz of them & greedy developer...
