If your unit is in blk j, My understanding is around November 2013 all the units in blk j increased 5%, then 1st Jan 2014 no more 7% discount, so totally up 12%. Not bad lah only after 6 months.

So with 12% up, 12th floor should be rm570k now. After GST is implemented another 6%will be added , then it will be Rm600k.

Their reputation is mainly as main contractor inclusive of big infrastructure projects but not as a developer, as can be seen by their current "not so impressive" handling of the sales and marketing as a developer compared to other established ones....hope they will invest more resources n talent into those areas which they have yet to master as a developer yet...my 1 cent IMHO

I know,I know they have none.lol,they're quite new to this type of integrated high rise developments.but they've been in the construction field for long. Is a solid company too so am hoping they will deliver good on their maiden project and we buyers will be happy to grow together.

But bro,for me I'm happy with the way things are regarding their sales n marketing.lol,if they were to invest more talent on it,I'm quite sure so does the selling price.for me they have market the product wrongly,if they got the approval on the mall first before launching,the launch prices should be as similar to the price now,13% higher. So I'm happy in that aspect that they're greenish.just my 2 sen too.cheerssss bro!

Lol,just a sudden thought. What do u guys think the price will be if let's say the same project at the same location were to be launched by say.....ecoworld? Rm800 per sqft?
