A lot investor I saw are around the age of +-40.

Doz coming in now r entering the mrk at a high price as compared 2 doz 5 yrs ago. So doz who hv invested earlier all fah tatt oredi.

But seriously, other than the mrt just within walking distance and condo facility. Really dilemma whether tobuy taman segar or desa aman instead.

JMHO, the tmn you have mentioned are with some age.

Tmn Segar Link House are mostly Leasehold. The tmn sarted back in early 80s.
If has been >30 years.
