QUOTE(casadida @ Feb 19 2014, 10:55 AM) But seriously, other than the mrt just within walking distance and condo facility. Really dilemma whether tobuy taman segar or desa aman instead. JMHO, the tmn you have mentioned are with some age. Tmn Segar Link House are mostly Leasehold. The tmn sarted back in early 80s. If has been >30 years. http://www.iproperty.com.my/propertylistin...k-house-forsale From iProperty, Tmn Desa Aman are mixture of Leasehold or Freehld(?). This tmn is relatively newer than Tmn Segar. http://www.iproperty.com.my/propertylistin...k-house-forsale http://www.iproperty.com.my/propertylistin...k-house-forsale Alternatively, you may consider tmn Mutiara Barat, freehold next to EkoCheras http://www.iproperty.com.my/propertylistin...k-house-forsale Not sure if you plan to renovate it further. That is another piece of money. Since you have mentioned for investment in earlier thread, you might wanna calculate the yield... It's all up to you. At the end of the day, the ROI is the one that you are looking for. |
