Block h only cheaper by about 15 to 20 k. Do u guys think lots a people will turn it into office? Do not wish to see all bosses workers all over the blocks. Right?

My budget is around 850k. Will definitely aim 2 rooms and above. 1 br not considered.

There r no more discount n no more dibs.

Would like to buy for investment or own stay cos of transportation access.

However anyone buying now we can consolidate and we can nego for some discounts if possible.

20 to 30?

A lot investor I saw are around the age of +-40.

Daikor here should b around the age of 40 to 50??

But seriously, other than the mrt just within walking distance and condo facility. Really dilemma whether tobuy taman segar or desa aman instead.
