Setiawalk malam banyak bising... sini beer xx, sana pub yy, tak boleh masuk zzz..

Well think about it. It is a massive project and 4 yrs seems like impossible to complete as it all towers in 1 phase. Plus the mall.....em 5 yrs more likely lol. But it may be good too for buyers..to sell or rent in 2018/19...wawasan 2020 developed nation..duit banyak and boom cycle is back again.

In case (just in case) the similar clubbing volume happened at Ekocheras, those lower units facing the courtyard may be affected. Hope l am wrong.
