Tower J spa signed last DEc and not yet got back. anyone here can advise whether it is normal to take 2-3 months for stamping?

Developer jus tries to buy time. 4yrs not enuf for this super tall tower.

Setiawalk malam banyak bising... sini beer xx, sana pub yy, tak boleh masuk zzz..
I mean the clubbing volume within the setiawalk is too loud and disturbing the residential area.

I think all these mixed development projects will end up like that. Another one is Scott garden. People are complaining like hell but (night) life goes on.

Well think about it. It is a massive project and 4 yrs seems like impossible to complete as it all towers in 1 phase. Plus the mall.....em 5 yrs more likely lol. But it may be good too for buyers..to sell or rent in 2018/19...wawasan 2020 developed nation..duit banyak and boom cycle is back again. smile.gif

That's why I was hoping it to be more publika like....entertainment a bit light drinking and not full volume clubbing.setiawalk's shop lots are rented out or sold?

In case (just in case) the similar clubbing volume happened at Ekocheras, those lower units facing the courtyard may be affected. Hope l am wrong.
