Average RM1700 for 610 sqf which is smaller than Eko.
But ekocheras comes with mall n hotel. And flexibility to become home office. :-)

yeah... especially after years of prop booming.. now almost everyone I know has a stake in prop investing. even the young gen

i still not able to find any prop that is 20% lower than 2012/2013 price, if got i will surely whack it.

Went to the midvalley. Property fair, nothing interesting, mostly old projects launched last year.
