To me it is still better than nothing..
Earlier many forumers were so worry about who to manage the mall, with strong competition against leisure mall, cheras sentral, sunway velocity and viva home.
CMA in KV has various experience in maintaining old shopping complex like Sg Wang to stand competitive at bukit bintang.

Another example of KV is they know how to sustain the mines shopping plaza.
That is only if CMA is coming to Ekocheras.
