Every floor up is abt 4k to 5k. In view the bal is all high floor then be prepared to pay additional ard 50k+/- for high floor.

Any boss received your stamped copy of SPA, loan agreement and etc?

No more DIBS, no more 7% discount. Only high floor now.

For same type of unit, no discount no dibs, lets say type C high floor, the difference can be 120K - 180k compare to lower floor with discount or dibs.

Without 7% better think twice.

Unless all the good news mentioned are proven in pipeline.

Bro- If all good news materialised, without discount n dibs is one thing, the price may up for another 7%.

As I could not find another piece of similar land in cheras with strategic location, good accessibility with major highways, Mrt n public transport, :-) also highest building in Cheras. Cheras got many rich businessman and Kia Shu one.

Im very much liking its concept, location and accessibility. But too many good news that lack of official announcement is holding me back eventhough i still enjoy the 7% discount non-DIBS. Yet mine is very high floor, costly.

Hello yang1976 boss, Other than the concept, location, accessibility and 7% discount, which critical factors/news would you like to see it materialized in order to make a decision? Can you share?

Conversely, in case, just in case none of the good news is be materialized, would you choose to walk away from the concept, location, accessibility and 7% discount?

Hotel is not important for me but the mall is important for future value.

If all these good news are rumors to jack up sales then i am ready to drop it even with 7% discount entitlement. High floor block E is costly and ROI in paper currently is no where compare to 11% or 14% of J/H.

I think even without all the bonuses Ekocheras is still a good buy!

Understand high floor block E is costly and the ROI concern.
As for the mall, every buyer will be shown some drafts about the mall during SnP time.
Some of them drafts were shared earlier(below).
By having the drafts, would you define the mall is materialized?
Or you are looking for official announcement?

Just pending DBKL approval but can't think of reasons for them to disapprove
