no kidding, just for sharing, I've seen FH prop in KD and Cheras failed even in this kind of case: non-bumi -> bumi -> non-bumi (failed)

If DBKLl approves, block N (4th block) will converted into a 4 star hotel. When this happens 316 units fr block N will b removed fr d sale list, hence reducing residential units by circa 20%. This explains why d developer remove their 7% discount fr their non dibs package.

My only Wish: If the Mall will materialise, CapitaMall Asia coming... Google "Bedok Residence & Bedok Mall"...

For the nearest area to Cheras, they already have a mall at the Mines...

The bumi available units are with a yellow sticker pasted on it (as mentioned by ecin boss).
In general, a booked bumi unit is indicated with a red sticker pasted ON TOP of a yellow sticker.

However, there is a slight chance that a red sticker may fall off (as seen in a thread early this week).
Pls visit the sales office once returned to KL.

It Make sense to REIT it If they can get rental profit. we as investor can also be benefited from it, no need to buy the whole unit, just buy a few shares n take dividend.

When the IPO is about to launch please inform all ekocheras kaki Ya!
