umobile is getting worse, same story with any telcos. Umobile gotten so many customers for the past 2years (from 1mil to 4-5mil customers and growing) and the network congestion will keep getting worse.

Nobody knows what is their upgrade/expansion plan, if there ever any.

Keep pressuring them, reports to mcmc/cfm due to poor below expectation service level. If you got any blogs, publish the experience out.

my internet also has been on and off at times, very unstable compared to the initial release times. It's like an unstable concoction now, will blow up the network at random times

just check my first month statement online and something cant understand..

Billing Date : 19/01/2014 - 31/01/2014
Advance Access Fee (U28) 28.000
Access Fee (U28) 11.742
Itemised Bill Statement 3.000

1. is there anyway to disable itemized?

2. data used in above period that shown in statement is 303 MB but my android phone recorded below 80M
is that meant when my phone recorded 300M, umobile already hit above 1G?

3. i didnt make any sms from the sim, it also stated 4 sms.. umobile sent me sms or receiving sms also count in my bill?

Guys, I have a question, how to unsubscribe umobile postpaid u28. I just make a mistake because my area (melaka) do not have coverage.
Does I have to pay some more to terminate this postpaid.

Or can I just do walk away just like the prepaid plan without any "side effect" in the future.

no such thing as "unsubscribing" postpaid plans. smile.gif the cycle will keep on running until you reach (involuntary) suspension due to non-payment.

to avoid any side-effect, pls go to service centre to terminate the plan (fill up form). you should receive one last bill after termination (prorated amount to be paid). you can ask the staff to give you the estimation of the last bill. ask them to clarify the charges if you're unsure what it is.

if you registered autopay, ask them to remove it as well.

keep the last bill and termination form (copy). store it somewhere convenient. after you pay for the last bill, keep the payment receipt too. this is to prove you've settled all outstanding amount after termination.

WTH do not have coverage.. before this i subscribe umobile since they last using celcom infra, but after they using maxis infra, like hell want to get a signal...

FYI maxis also having problem in my area..

I am using U28 currently, may I know if I can switch from U28 to UMI28 by retaining my current hp number? What is the procedure and document to switch? Do I need to go to U mobile centre personally?

Agreed, I am using MB128 too. 7PM onwards till around 12AM like that, data is connected but can't surf at all. Ping request timed-out. Mid-night the speed is ok, can reach 400Kbps on average. But during night time is so so... doh.gif
