1st time login to selfcare? if yes, then use the "First Time Login" button. This is to allow the system to enable you for selfcare acess.

for USSD, always start from *118#, then drill the options from there.

You didn't sign up for roaming. Have to deposit RM300 at U-mobile service center to activate it.

Roaming means 'use outside my area'.... nothing to do with data.

In order to buy UMI 18, 28, 38, 48.
Enter this USSD code.
*118*3*1*1#
Then select the package you want.

i was lucky mayb when i want renew my UMI 48

Your UMI renewal was unsuccessful due to system maintenance. We have credited FREE 2GB data for the inconvenience caused. The 2GB data valid for 30-days, no additional charge after quota. Thank you for your patience.

grrr rugi topup RM50 when they give for free !! but thx anyway !
*
in this case, your credit will be deduct rm48 since the renewal is unsuccessful?
so it mean you save rm48+ get 2GB data for 30-days? hmm.gif
