Hi guys, been trying to login into selfcare, requested pin, received but when i try to login, it keeps giving user not found error05. Anyone is facing the same prob?

Btw, anyone knows the ussd code for checking free calls um-um limit? The android app is useful, but im using old sch nokia fon need to key in manual code.

1st time login to selfcare? if yes, then use the "First Time Login" button. This is to allow the system to enable you for selfcare acess.

for USSD, always start from *118#, then drill the options from there.

my umobile postpaid sim got 'no service' in singapore... any idea how to solve it?

You didn't sign up for roaming. Have to deposit RM300 at U-mobile service center to activate it.

i just want to receive call and sms, not for using data... also need activate roaming?

I have the ZTE 21 Mbps MiFi modem. But I realize that it get heat up really easily. In about 5 minutes.
