I am not a Muslim, pork is never part of my bodybuilding diet. I prefer to eat beef, chicken and fish. You could opt for more mutton and beef in red meat. They are damn good bodybuilding food. Better than white meat.
dead right
White meats are ordinary to say the least I grew up on pork so loooove it, but it is certainly NOT necessary for losing weight or building muscle,
also you can give the milo a miss , I drink lots of soda water as my replacement for carbonated drinks, though I prefer sparkling mineral water, it is hard to get in Penang at least, dont like driving all the way to tesco for the french stuff. Too lazy

I alternate when having chicken and tofu, and will switch to beef and fish the next day, From what i may remember, beef helps recover the muscles also while having a good amount of nutrition to bring up the testosterone in males.
Give the tofu a miss, it is not a very good food and is not a substitue for decent protein, at best it is incomplete protein. At worst it mimics female hormones and for someone trying to build muscle that has got to be a no no
Beef is great, no doubt about it, bit if you want to increase natural hormones nothing beats eating lots of eggs, you can alternate daily or weekly, I go for three weeks or so eating lots of eggs then ease off a bit, I also ease off on weekends when I don't work out.

I have been eating raw eggs on a daily basis (between 6-30 odd) for the last 7 years, and have had no case of salmonella, another vegetarian myth.

oh oh, and finally, is peanut butter good?
Not really, peanuts are fairly high carb, check the label, you will find the peanut butter generally has added sugar.
