If you felt weak you were eating wrongly. Are you eating enuf fat? The moment you add in nasi lemak, milo ais and white rice, you are screwing up for low carb diet.

what u guys think?i got no money for whey now....so i eat loads of whole eggs....i am lactose not tolerate...so i cant take HL...if nt i wil cirit birit...

Eat a simple meal at noon. Fish or meat plus lots of vege and a little rice. Add 1 tblsp of olive oil.
4 whole eggs with 2 slices of bread if you are not on hi fat low carb diet. Add butter to your bread.
This would be 2 hrs b4 workout.
7.30 meal is fine
12.30 4 whole eggs plus 2 tblsp of olive oil will do.

Pre workout - try only whey and drink 1 tablespoon olive oil. Coconut oil would be better because it contains MCT.
Breakfast: Oats and eggs.
Tea: yogurt plus some raw nuts.
7 meals a day and you still think not enuf.
