eh.. dont flame him la. put it in a proper way.

i agree you should have a better pre workout meal.. have oatmeal + eggs or something like that. and try to wake up early enough so u can get bfast in your day. other than that, looks pretty good biggrin.gif

@bodybuilder, I think you are sleeping too late, but that's just an opinion. But shane is right on your preworkout. Milo is really a junk drink that you should just try something else.

Go for milk, eggs, and oats. If you want to put Milo in the oats, the its alright. But don't just drink Milo no more alrite? biggrin.gif

If you felt weak you were eating wrongly. Are you eating enuf fat? The moment you add in nasi lemak, milo ais and white rice, you are screwing up for low carb diet.

Eat a simple meal at noon. Fish or meat plus lots of vege and a little rice. Add 1 tblsp of olive oil.

4 whole eggs with 2 slices of bread if you are not on hi fat low carb diet. Add butter to your bread.
This would be 2 hrs b4 workout.

7.30 meal is fine

12.30 4 whole eggs plus 2 tblsp of olive oil will do.

Pre workout - try only whey and drink 1 tablespoon olive oil. Coconut oil would be better because it contains MCT.

Breakfast: Oats and eggs.

Tea: yogurt plus some raw nuts.

7 meals a day and you still think not enuf. shocking.gif

thanks a lot for advice guys...

today i did not go to gym but i took 2 meals of:

1 can of tuna dipped in olive oil + 500g soya bean = about 40g protein

and other meals ...ok i will upgrade my preworkout diet...thx guys

Hehe, good to see tat your willing to improve. great job!

Btw, any one can recommend a purely vegan diet for bodybuilders? I mean, its just for a change rather than always looking at meats and eggs, including milk. biggrin.gif

My Jadual makan2 laugh.gif

Meal 1: Protein Shake (1 scoop Whey + 1 cup lowfat yogurt + 1 glass of milk + 2 banana), 2 whole eggs (fried), multivitamin & C

Meal 2: Fruits (Apple,pear)

Meal 3: Nasi, sayur, meat/fish & fruits

Meal 4: Fruits/Oat

Meal 5: Nasi, sayur, meat/fish & fruits

Meal 6: Protein shake (1 glass of milk+ 1 scoop of whey)/oat + fish oil


Post-workout = Protein Shake (1 scoop Whey + 1 cup lowfat yogurt + 1 glass of milk + 2 banana)


Any comments guys?

Right now my only source of fat is cheese, some chicken skin and oil from fried chicken or egg or tuna. I'm searching for butter and cream for fat source. But I dono eat this with what

If you're on hi fat diet, it doesn't mean you purposely have to hunt for fats to eat.
Buy a bottle of extra virgin olive oil. Add 2 tablespoon to your food if you're steaming. When you drink your protein shake drink a tablespoon of olive oil.
If you're eating fried egg you don't have to add additional oil. If you are eating half boiled eggs add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
It is not necessary to use butter and cream. If you are cooking, you could use ghee.

it's better to eat carb after exercise or before ? so that it wont turn into some body fat (sometime need to enjoy ourself)

If you are on Atkins Diet, make sure you follow it religiously otherwise you'd screw up the induction phase.
You may enjoy some carbs food at later stage.

Once you have mastered low carb diet for a couple of months, you could PM me for guidance on Anabolic Diet.

12- rice,3 small fish, 3 eggs, vege, quaker oat+milo+soya +multivit

4 - 2 eggs,2 bread+cheese+clicken slice, quaker oat+milo+soya

5-workout

7.30 - rice, 2 fish, chickens,vege, +multivit + 1000mg flax seed oil capsule

Could you omit quaker oat + milo + soya from your diet?
You don't need over dose of carbs. Either you eat rice or oats, or you eat bread or oats. What the heck milo + soya doing in your meal. Too many types of foods at 1 go would cause improper digestion or indigestion. Undigested foods become toxins.

and if preworkout meal...i wanna take oats....i shouldnt take bread?jus choose 1 type of carb source is it?at 1 time

Sigh.... bro. You're still very stubborn man. If you want vitamins, get some vitamins. I gave you such simple instructions on msn but you don't seem to be listening. Why? If everyone took milo and soya for "vitamins", we'd all be suffering from severe vitamin deficiency.

Keep your food combination simple.
Eg. Pasta, salad and steak or
Chicken, rice and vege or
Oats, eggs and salad
Don't add oats + milo + soy to every meals.
