hey i've been working out for a few months now but i still havent seen significant gains to bod. my diet mainly consists of this:
breakfast: 4 eggs whites + 3 beef/chicken slices + 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
snack: 30g of almonds / 2 teaspoons of PB / an ounce of low-fat cheese
lunch: fresh vegetables + 2 meat slices + 4 egg whites
snack again
dinner: tonnes of vege and beef/chicken/fish
before sleep: a scoop of whey + 250 ml of HL milk
i also tried supplements like nutrex massxxplosion. can anyone help me with my diet? i'm not trying to lose weight, just trying to build some lean muscle mass.

so eating whole eggs isn't as bad as people make it out to be? awesome-est. i'm so sick of separating the whites from the yolk everyday. waste of time.
but just to clarify things, the fat content in the yolk will not increase our bodyfat percentage rite? i'm adhering to a low carb, high protein and moderate fats diet.

so if i eat 10-12 eggs in a day with the yolk, it should be ok rite? no side effects or anything rite?

yeah i dun eat carbs until the weekends, and that too depends whether i have any special cravings. if not, i wud continue my usual diet throughout the weekend too. i eat a lot of protein and moderate fats, like snacks of almonds/a slice of cheese/2 teaspoons of peanut butter and i try to have at least two teaspoons of flaxseed in the morning plus two tablespoons of olive oil for every meal. i dun eat chicken skin tho, and i always get lean cuts of beef/chicken.
