since milk in the supermarket is not so good.....hw about the indian guys who sells raw milk its good rite and how is the lactose content in this type of milk (raw milk)?

finally bought some nuts for my snack meal :

walnut 250g= rm9.oo
almond ground 1kg= rm 25.90

oats

rolled oats 2kg =rm 12.00
