Try to reduce all ur intake of food that has the word 'lemak' in it. Seems like you are trying to gain weight....but be healthy when doing it.

The #1 secret to not getting morbese is.. Stop sitting on your ass!
The absolute fastest way to burn that stubborn fat is.. don't put it into your mouth in the first place.
Sadly these 2 maxims is too simplistic for intelligent people and too cheapskate for those who like to visit Marie France.

hey guys... How many scoop of whey do you use when making your protein shake? Sry kinda new at this. Does it depend on how heavy or intense your weight workout is? I'm working out at home with dumbbells.
I got my ON's whey edi.... Currently using 1 scoop with 250ml of milk.

I'm having an outbreak of eczema at the moment, still in the process of bulking...but each time i take milk or eggs it seems to be making the itch worse. Any suggestions for alternatives to eggs and milk? I think whey protein is out of the question at the moment too because whey is derived from milk.

I just started my workout.
For my foods, Im still stucked. (still looking for info)
I bought a protein powder that give me more flesh/meat/whatever aka recovery. (Not yet receive the product but I plan to take 2x a day. 1 after workout and another 1 before my sleep.
My friend is guiding me on the workoutplan. Currently, everyweekonce I will go gym withhim to workout on chest. Basically, they whole day on chest.
my Workout plan only on this part:
chest (high priority) shoulder (high priority) arm (both tricep and bicep) Important as well back (little)
as for my meal, I've no idea what to take on the morning part.. anyone can list down common high protein foods?
like for ie tuna, peanut? and such???? tq t qtq
