if my days is going to be sedentary.....like today
cereal with soy no sugar for breakfast
one supercharged hard boiled egg for lunch
had one slice of peanut butter sandwich to curb the hunger pang..
dinner......dunno yet.....pure vege I think
weight is stable at 210...it was 220 a month or more ago.
If I am working on site......I will load whatever I can find.......cut back 20% of cost. But will top up when necessary.....
All this with very little carbs la.
Shall we have a diet/workout post?, To Help Each Other.
